This collection will grow over time.  Since this is not a commercial venture, the site will grow according to the free time available to those who build it.  The collection's purpose is to attract visitors so they may learn about our main purpose on the web. 

From our home page, you can find links to chat rooms which deal with large company issues when it comes to customer and employee relations.  Employees complain about unfair treatment (anonymously, of course) publicly in the hopes that doing so will inspire a more expedient solution.   And consumers warn of poor service at their local area chain.  Of course company CEO's and managers are invited to defend themselves in our forums.
