Tired of all that BS you have to put up with in
the retail world? Well, so are we! And we are setting out to fight back.
We will have two message areas for every large company we can get interest in.
One area for customers and one for employees. Employees! voice your opinion about your company's methods of dealing with their most valuable asset. You! Your company may not have a union, but you can still use public disclosure. What consumer wants to do business with a company who treats their employees poorly? Customers! Let others know which locations of your favorite chain store are a problem and why. All chains have good and problem locations. All too often however, attitudes run low and then so does service and quality. This page can serve, not just to save other consumers time and money, but also as a call to attention to the businesses who are losing money and may not even know why. Many times, the business is run by an absentee owner. Let it be stated here and now! These forums are not to be used to flame or whine about one person on the job or one rude cashier who happens to have had a bad hair day. These forums are to be used for legitimate gripes. Messages that clearly are nothing more than personal gripes, annoying petty-anti whining and acts of boredom will get deleted, so don't waste your time. You are expected to be sensible about giving a person or company a fair break, and try to solve your problem directly first. Then and only then should you consider posting such complaints in a public medium.
To managers / CEO's of companies featured on this site! As with any other public forum, we are not responsible for, nor do we necessarily agree with, the opinions or comments posted by others on our site. However, this IS a public forum and you DO have the right to express YOUR views as well. In fact, many would expect you to do so. Only you can set complaints against you right!
